1998Consolidation of the logistical activities of LEHNKERING and VTG Vereinigte Tanklager und Transportmittel GmbH (Hamburg) to establish VTG-LEHNKERING AG 
2004LEHNKERING reestablished at its old headquarters in Duisburg including tank storage business
2005Tank farming business carved out to become independent under the ownership of Macquarie International Infrastructure Fund Ltd. (MIIF) as TanQuid
